Galaxy multi phaser

I changed the possible targets of the Galaxys phasers to three, but every time the ship attacks an opponent, the game crashes to desktop.


in    fedW_galaxy1.odf    i changed    classlabel = "cannon"  to  classlabel = "cannonimp"
and i added    basetargets = 3  to the file


Is there anything else that i have to change?

try to not change the class label.  It could be your problem.  Also try the areacannon, I think it needs that lable to work.

The multi phaser version of the Borg sphere is able to attack four targets, and it uses the same classlabel for its phaser.

Do you mean instead of classlabel = "cannonimp" i should use classlabel = "areacannon"  ?

I think you should try it, or just leave it as cannon.

I tried it with classlabel = "areacannon" but then the ship attacks every object in weaponsrange with phasers.

At the same time?  I don't know then, cus that seems like it should have worked.

You need to change "shotDelay" to "shotDelay0". That should fix it.
