Engines

My ships seem to lose their engines and after a while just stop in the position they were in?

Still engines disabled or destroyed but they just stop moving or spinning?

Any help?

Would you mind to tell us what exactly you wanted to do and what you actually have done? This doesn't happen "just like that".
