added those lines, still not sure whats going on lol. ill upload the file n let you take a look lol. my head fried ATM. every-time i think i see something that will work i lose my train of thought and have to start again.

builds, button is there and ship builds fine. Just need to figure the weapons i want out and then im all set. I can get them right for the base ship. But when i copy the ranked versions to the ranked ships they just go to a single torpedo launcher.

Yeah, I mentioned this before, but as the ships rank up, they sometimes gain new weapons, and they aren't always put with the rest of them. You will have to look towards the top of the file to see if any new weapons were added and adjust your edits accordingly.

Right got the weapons i want, ship builds, just trying to figure out the Veteran Rank situation, and im working out a lot better how to read and understand what the lines mean and how they impact the units.

Are you making a complete copy of the avalon and all its ranks, or just the first odf? If you are trying to duplicate them with the veteran rank, there are a bunch of odfs called all_all_veteran at the top of the fpq, and they handle the methd by which you change a ship from rank 5 to 6

Yea, i've got all ranks up to five going fine, just need to work out the veteran, and then going to try and get the multi-layered shields i want.

Hmm, its kinda hard to tell. For mayson, she would not have fighters, but needs some kind of team buff. Something that increases weapons, or maybe a remoore like weapon that makes ships get hit less often.
Maybe just a point defense phaser?
