Hey guys.

I've been downloading some mods lately and it seems that you always have to do some of the dirty work (edit some of the scripts at your own risk), but I've noticed that in the gui_global script you have to put under the parameter all_alliedrepairw5 a new parameter which is necessary if you want the mod to work (I think).

But I only find this:
b_all_alliedrepair all_interface_buttons02 416 0 96 96 # 5 1

instead of what the instructions say:
all_alliedrepairw5 wireframe10 96 96 96 96 #

And I don't know how to improvise when it comes to modding Armada, so I was hoping you guys could help me out.

what mod are u installing? its not always neccesary to put something where the instructions say but if u dont know what ur doing its better to follow them anyways. if u are using wordpad to edit the file use the search aka find feature to find the wireframe line as Im thinking the mod is needed to be posted under the right uv and material headers to work hence why they say post under "all_alliedrepairw5  wireframe10  96  96  96  96      #"

the real problem is that I don't think any of the mods are made for 3.1.1, so that entree will be in the the miniimages.spr and they will be the wrong size

yeah good point....I forgot all about that......but then all have to do is make a new reference header in the spr file with the reference width and heigth and material setting.

yeah, I guess.  but the button will be wrong, and there will be no cool background image. :(

I'm really close to finishing my BSG mod(actually finish! :woot:) and once I'm done with that, I will work on all my other mods.  If its one of tylers, you should ask him to convert it so it works right. :sweatdrop:

Though hes proally busy too :pinch:

Well, I've gone ahead and installed the mods without putting anything under this parameter and they work for now.
