Admirals Sovereign permission?

Does ayone know if the Admirals Sovereign is allowed to be used in a mod or if not, how to contact the creator? The readme is somewhat vague.

your right, vague it is.  When people don't put contact info, and don't say you can't use it, I say use it and give complete credit to everyone in the readme.  It was submitted by Anonymous on FF in 2003 so I don't think they were too concerned with usage permission.

Just take it down if anyone complains about it.
