hey I remember that there was an option in a separate window that lets you choose the mod from a list in fleet ops and these mods went into a "mod" folder. However, I seem to not have that option... is there something I am doing wrong? :s :crybaby:

You have to make a Fleet Operations/Data/mods folder ->dump your mods in there :). Then go to the main menu of Fleet Ops, hit Options->Mod Options

does the name "mod folder" need to be exact?

if so - i will try it when i get home

if not - I already tried it and the "mod option" in the option section does not become available... am i doing something wrong? :s (can you take a screen shot and post maybe)

The name is just called 'Mods', you don't have folder at the end.

it needs to be called "mods" exactly.

not "mods folder"

dominus should have put quotes around that path to make it completely clear.

this is how it should have looked:
"Fleet Operations/Data/mods"

once you put the mod in there you will get a fourth option in the options menu. each mod goes in its own subfolder.

Yup, sorry about that :)
If you want more advice on this stuff, I suggest going to the guide: Modification Modules - The Hitchhiker's Guide to Fleet Operations

Hey,

is there any chance to activate two or more mini mods at the same time? Admirals log replacements AND TMP warp-in pack f.e.

greetings

You cannot have multiple mods active at once. What you could do is unpack the mods you want to combine and the repack them into the combined mod. It's very easy ;)

Actually, you can put one mod inside another as a submod.  You should be able to activate it once the other is running.

Try and put a "mods" folder inside your other mod.  I think that is how it works.

You chain mods together by changing their parentmod value in the info.ini and then using that child mod
