a couple questions

1. what do you change to make  1 races ship buildable by another  lets say for example I want B'rels buildable by the feds

2. well digging through the .odf folder i see fed_spacedockY and Z  is this a NPC ? I've never come across it and i dont see it listed as a map object

you need to change
buildablebyownerraceonly = 1
to
buildablebyownerraceonly = 0

also Y and Z are just to help you to know what belongs to what avatar

ok cool  about the  Y Z thing i new that i just wondering about the spacedock because  i was assuming that its the massive station and i have not see nit as a map object is ita NPC or is it soemthing that was buildable once or is a future thing?

I thought there was an sod in there at one point

There was a button for it until 3.1

Maybe it was removed so they could apply the updates to its function with less chance of info leaking?

I hope it is replacing SFC(which has had the same model since beta2 I believe.  3.0PR atleast.)

Hehe nope . I think that all Federation stations were replaced for 3.0PR, making them quite new by comparison to other factions' structures. I'm sure that Optec will make a news post on it when the Federation redo is approaching release
