3.1 Tooltips

So I was going to add a ship to 3.1 and realized that the dynamic localized strings file has change. Does anyone know how to edit the Off, Def and system value for ships now?

they are there are they not?...Just the numbers are invisable to me cuz i just used wordpad...there are multiple sets of tool tips it seems so scroll around a bit....you have tool tips for ships and then weapons and then passives.

Oh yeah they are invisable cuz the numbers r special charecters duh that wordpad wont show...hmmm

So your saying these special values are invisible in wordpad.  Does anyone know how to view them? Sure could use some advice from Optec right about now!

I think that Notepad++ or Notepad2 should be able too.
