3.1 modding tools!!!!!!!

Okay....... I think I have done the most helpful thing yet. Guys, here is a document you can use to mod tooltips. Coded in utf format. I basically took the code guide and constrcuted a copy-paste file (.h file).

This simply just has your red numbers. But if there is anything else you discover. I would be delighted to recieve it. If there are problems, please post. If you have symbols to add, here is what you do.

List what it means followed by the symbol's MSword code and/or symbol sheet short cut. These can easily be discovered by the combination of alt + a 3 digit number entered by the number pad (with numlock on).

In case you cannot read the symbols, open in notepad++ (utf-8 mode). And if you still cannot read it. Then use the char code text file to get the symbol codes for the symbol.

Thanks gamer!  This helps alot.  One question though shouldnt I be able to see the symbols anyways in the dynamic strings file? They show up fine in your sample .h file. Cuz i still just see lil black boxes with numbers in the dynamic strings file....That part still confuses me but  that alt+number works cool.
