just a quick question.  does the game automatically assign a location for the animated weapon boxes, or is there a file that says where the system images show up on your selection bar.

The dev's can probably give a clear answer but I have a feeling the little weapon display might be connected to the HP location of the weapon on the model.

yeah, unfortunately I just found the line weapon3iconpos = 72 30.  it may explain my question  :rolleyes: :whistling:

question, how do you get the ship yards, which build special ships, do you need to capture enemy builders? if you wanted to build the miranda 2 for example.    THANK YOU FOR GETTING BACK

yeah

@navyguy.....to get the special yards u need to be allied with the coresponding race as those special yards are mixed tech yards....start up an instant action game dif races on same team or capture an enemy constructor. The miranda II is fed/dominion mixed tech I belive.

I sugest you check out Dom's guide for further info

Capturing the enemy construction ship works better against the AI than human players.
