2003 Battlestar Galactica Model

I was hoping one of you might be able to give me a lead or some help. I've downloaded the Battlestar Galactica from filefront but to be honest its not that great of a model. It lacks detail on both the texture and sod and I've always been on the lookout for a better one. I've downloaded BSG mods hoping they might have a better one but on filefront i've had no luck.

Does anyone know of a battlestar galactica model that looks pretty good?

The ones available at MSFC.com.au are quite high quality as I understand it

I thought that their stuff wasn't available to the public though. I'm a member and have been for a long time...but i've got 0 rep points and its nearly impossible to get reputation with them.

Check again man, you should be fine.   you need 30 rep, 15 posts and 1 week.  thats it.  Only Majestics personal files are private, everything else is open to the public once you've proven you aren't a spammer, jetnova, or some other evil person bent on ripping off hard work.

however... I don't know if you can download the galactica(its majestics), so you might have to get it through thunderfoots mod, or pm chiletrek and ask for his.

The only catch with the models at Sci-fi Meshes is that most are high poly, and even if there's a few low poly ones, they aren't in a format A2 can use. You'll have to convert them. Which isn't impossible, there are converters, but you'll need a 3D package for which there are converters available.
