As soon as you see the Resources, you should see where the name came from.

Where does the 4th player go? In the treasure trove?

Yes, I put it there for 3v1 matches.

Yep. A couple of players outside, fighting over the moons, is also a good setting.

First i have to say i like that map and the general 1 vs x thing.

BUT, there are some things that disturbed me a little:

First, is it intentional that the asteroid belt around the "treasure trove" is not blocking passage of ships ? I was playing borg against those players outside the trove, and the feds started to build mining in my trove.

And second, please leave more space between the moons, it is alomost impossible to get your miners to not block each other (at least for borg miners), that´s actually something that goes to all the mapmakers out there.

I really appreciate the effort to create new maps, so just wanted to give some feedback.  :D

It wasn't intentional, I don't actually know how to get the 'roadblock' asteroid fields.

Don't you just have to use a blocking trigger to do that?

I don't know how to use them. What do you do with them?

You put them where you want things to be impassable (so normally a nebula or a asteroid field is not impassable until you use a blocking trigger) ...not sure if that helped much, as I don't make maps. Perhaps sending a PM to RCIX, Jarod, etc might help more?  :sweatdrop:

just look around in the map editor menu it shouldn't be to hard to find

D'oh: I should have said that
Yeah, I've seen it there plenty of times when I'm futzing around with things, so I'm sure you'll find it quickly Tyler

The exact answer for you follows :P

From the initial menu go F10 [Non Player Races] -> F2 [trigger] -> F1 [Blocking]
