New Map Ring Defense 0.4

Hello,

i have made a Map for my Brother and me. We are play on it agains each other with 2 AI on it. But i think it is a nice 2v2 as well.

Since this is my first map i commit, i woud like get suggestions for improvement to enhance my mapping skills.

Edit:
Here is a new version of the map. It's a bit smaler and have fewer moons. I hope this match better with 2v2 games.

Congrats on your first map :)

for an ai match it looks nice.

for a 2v2 human match i think there's just a little too much resources available with each player having 2 full expansions equal distance from their base, plus middle. gives an advantage to races that can quickly secure expansions or are hard to raid.

Played, it I actually like it.  :thumbsup:  Some advice:

1. it needs to be smaller.  Not much smaller, but at least a little bit

2. it needs bigger openings between the sides, it's a bit too easy to turret them

I'll just echo what Myles said and say that, "if you'd like humans to play on it on Tunngle you might trim down some of the resources to maybe 2 1/2 pairs per player".

i like the new version, must always play it with resource trading on, as one player will have more of 1 resource if they go for the lone moon. and if they go for the exp they share with an enemy they get more. good improvements :)

only slight concern is that fed/dom will have an easier time quickly securing the moon pair shared with the enemy, thus gaining a fast advantage.
