My first go at making a map. It's a one vs one, and I'll let you decide how nice it is
. Please report on how it is
.

i will say the moon pair on the right of the map remove or add another one
that would make for better 1v1's
just a suggestion but dont chang it just yet lol
see who else (if anyone) thinks the same
looking forward to your next maps

how big is it? if its small then delete the left moon pair to encourage raiding
and so that nobody can get decisive resource advantage. decisive resource advantage = WIN. if neither player can get way more res than the other then micro and ship protection will become paramount.

I see masses of purple and green nebs. This will render the map impossible in terms ob balance...maybe delete the nebs and we shall see.

Actually I think that the Green nebs are right on the money!
It looks like they are both-
A. out of the way a bit (so they are really a place to be abused)
B. blocked by a harmful neb
C. not TOO close to any base or expansion
I thought maybe the greens could be trouble for that tri moon, but then I realized that if a person tries to make use of that green after attacking that tri moon, they are STUCK
. The defender can easily continue to rely on static defenses or bring reinforcement while the trapped nebula-camper has to make a run for it.
