Will it overwrite Beta 1 or will there be 2 different games

The first 1 will be the full realise, that will include the beta 1.1 files which means it will be separate, then there will be a patch that will upgrade 1.1 to 2.0, i suggest u uninstall fleet ops, then download 2.0 and install it,
