TS3 - new IP / offline till 12th dec

Hi there, quick and dirty:
our server hoster decided to switch data centers, for moar relieability and moar everything, and because <reasons> we sadly got a new IP AND a screwed up server.

Server itself should be running again tomorrow, december 12h 2018.
The TS3 DNS may not work temporarily (*slaps Doca),
new direct IP would be:

> 185.137.170.29:9990
