"showmethemoney" in Instant Action also gives you 10,000 dilithium....

I found a cheat! I typed in:

"all_veteran=enterprise"

And that was in instant action (I was the feds)! The thing is that every ship, even the ones I built were vets. And the veteran limit was set to infinity. For example, if I had 10 vets, it would say the slots consumed over an infinity sign.

This one doesn't seem to work, lol

Yes, I don't think it is a cheat. All of the original A2 player cheats can easily be found online: the Dev cheats... well, talk to Doca I guess, he seems to know them well

I wonder if we can find these cheats somewhere in the input file.  *Goes to look*

hmm, does anyone know where the cheats are programed in.  I can't seem to find them in the obvious places.

I had a peek in the a2 exe and all I found was kobayashimaru, showmethemoney and interestingly kobayashimaru_lost. Cheat to lose!

The other cheats are elsewhere, which I may have cunningly found.

may? oh where tell me tell me lol....actually knowing some of them is cool.....like "cine" that will come in handy......and levelup for testing if ur ranks work....I know in the past ive found a lot of dev "cheats" b4 in other games....they need quick easy ways to test things and what better way than with "cheats" lol

the "levelup" commad ought to help, i made a dummy "xp tester" to do that sort of thing... super easy to kill and yeilded 1000 xp points per!

soo, if the old ones were in the a2 exe, maybe the new cheats are in the new .exe...uuh...I don't know how to edit, or look at the data in those...can anybody else do it?

They are in the hook dll, all around about address 1758600. If you do go and have a look, don't make changes, it will probably make you incompatible. Also may break things if you change the wrong thing.

'fps' - shows frames per seconds and other stuff, type again to disable

since you said this... is there any command to see the latency of your own or of all the players in online matches?
it would help sometimes to figure out who or what is causing the lag, for example, overall distances or another player or yourself, or who got the best ping to host a game.
and if not, is it possible to implement such a thing?

could be the line "synctest", but I Don't know for sure.
