A non-buildable Constellation is already included in Beta 2 and placed on some maps as derelict (for example on the defend testmap).

I hate kitbashes, if we get another one i'm gonna make 50 of the class and Borta the hell outta them.

We should have an Excelsior, it could be the Rhien for the feds since they got so many differant upgrades. Lemme see, transwarp refit(possibly, maybe use credits or something), Enterprise refit which could have some sort of anti-cloak weapons, and the Lokota refit which could basically be the Excelsior 2 with standard necelles so to lessen the already made kitbashes.

But we don't need new ships, especially more kitbashes, its an Akira with what look like Sovern necelles, making a normal ship with differant necelles isnt a differant class but an abomination
