This might be in the wrong section... I wasn't sure where to post.

I was just wanting to point out something I noticed in a recent game, not sure if it has been mentioned before.

So it was early game against Dominion Merciless AI, and I was playing as Romulans. I had built two rhienns and was attacked by a couple bugs. I was at my expansion with a yard, but happened to have my scout there, so I used all three in the defensive. I destroyed the first one easily enough, then went to capture the second one upon lowering its shields. So as I was cycling my ships and what not, I was positive that I had captured it, and luckily so, as the bug was around 30 percent hull strength or lower when I finally got it, but my scout kept firing at it.

At first I was just really confused, because I'd sworn I'd captured it. The mini map clearly showed everything in the area was white, and there was no red spots indicating enemy fleets. But my scout kept shooting, I wasn't sure if it was going to be enough to kill it, but in all the commotion, I don't know what i did, I either set it to green, or cloaked it to stop it from firing. But at first, I wasn't sure if the scout was right in shooting at it and it was still red ai, or if I had actually captured it. But surely enough, I had captured it. I already selected it actually and given in repair orders. The rhienns were not shooting at it. But even as I was selecting it to see if it was under my control... again it was... scout kept shooting, until I did whatever, cloaked it probably.

Does the talon have a habit of shooting at captured friendlies?

Everything has a strange habit of firing at captured ships and stations, including AI allies. I've got it several times.

Ok.

Just thought I'd mention it.

I just only noticed it with the scouts. I've never seen bigger ships do it.
