i was wondering, is there an amount of time you have to leave between using a sleeper agent and a saboteur agent?
and using a 2nd and 3rd saboteur agent on the same target?
and what is the chances of a successful strike or how powerful it is?
i cant seem to find anything about stations in the guide, only the ships

I don't remember there being a cooldown. Sabotaging a ship removes the agent, though, meaning you'd have to get another agent there (unlikely most of the time).
You should keep in mind the fact that I haven't used these abilities since a previous version of FO, so my info may be outdated.

i dont think it does get rid of the saboteur, (i seem to recall spamming them on a single unit before and destroying it, if im not mistaken)
but more often than not they dont do anything.
does it make a difference depending on what the target is to how likely it will do damage and how much?

Chance of fail should vary by the rank of the station. The more experienced the station, the less likely it is that you sent a dud to bomb the target.

The sleeper agent lasts for 60 seconds, in which time any number of Sabotage attempts can be used. Success chance is 75%, with damage dealt differing on the unit that is targeted.

Did they change the success chance to remove rank difference or is that just without rankups?

Yes, I'm just referring to the base chance without the Intel Center at different ranks

When I was new to online-gameplay (version 3.1.1) I remember someone really being p***ed off by me getting a sabotage agent on a tactical Cube (meaning it just went boom while on its way to our team's bases) We were ripped apart anyways, but not by an all-mighty cube

Yeah, it was tough for the Borg. It worked out fairly well with the other races, though.

Because of the logistics and fleet managements... Borg tend to be very outnumbered - easy prey for the old intelligence center.
