Returning to the world of FO ... and liking what I see.

At first, I wanted to post this in one of the "I'm back!" threads in small talk. But now that I finished typing my post, I think most of it is feedback to FO, so I'm posting it here instead of assimilating 
some other thread. 
Well, now that Star Trek is returning in shape of the 11th motion picture, I finally took the time to install FO again... trying the full version of FO 3.0 for the first time, as well. And now I'm bttf (back to the forums) to follow the progess. 
Those regular updates to the mod are really welcome, everything seems to be alive again.
Being back after a looong time, right: Wow, last post April 01, 2007, how the years pass. But it was well worth the wait.
FO 3.0 finally feels right, especially the new style for the Borg is really cool.
So, again, congratulations and a big thank you to the whole FO team! It's unique that such a project keeps progressing over years without dying or vanishing completely. You guys are simply great in continuing all the effort. The graphical updates are fantastic (having upgraded my Gfx card recently, I'm really happy with all that eye candy).
Before rediscovering FO, I was playing SW: Empire at War once in a while, but FO seems so much more complex, it's really mindblowing.
So, live long and prosper you all!
