Noxter music?

I noticed while copying over the music files so they would work in the latest pack that there was one called Noxter. Listened to them all and thought they were all nice compilations. Im curious, whats the second song in Noxter?

I know the first is from Command and Conquer.

I can tell it's from Tiberium Sun.

The first one yea, but i mean the second song. It starts at 4 minutes into play of the file and ends at 9:30 into play.

I appreciate any help. Im sure its from some sort of game. Ive been going through all the command and conquer soundtracks so far checking to no avail. I didnt play Tiberian sun too far, but I do remember the first song in it, but ive never heard the second before.

Seems a bit more for a new age of empires maybe. Anyone know where it might be from? So I can narrow my search.
