Norway Class

Are there any plans to do anything with the Norway Class? It's one of the uglier ships in FO, and I'm not talking about the class design.

Speaking of the Norway, how come it doesn't have the blue glow standard to Starfleet ships?

I think is an earlier model, but a new model is on todo list.
