Non Buildable Ships In Editor.

I noticed several ships for the races not buildable were in their different categories in the editor (i.e. Premonition, Constellation), are these planned to be in some ind of feature, or are they just map objects like the Breen?

That are ships especially for maps cause they do not fit in the techtree for some reason
for example:
premonition: ship from the future, too strong weapon, too strong special weapon
constellation: starfleet is not gonna use that old designs again
this romulan ship which name i forgot: we just didn't like the design, so we put it in as extra strong ship for map editing
and so on

so these vessels can only be found on maps. there are also a few in fleetops i can't name except Defend i previously played against the 5 hard ai (on the left - of course i lost i will try it again ) where on the left side on the map many non buildable ships and even stations can be found
