Don't rush ray he has a tendancy to try to upload the same video six times when under pressure. Instead of doing six different uploads.

Boggz you are officially my hero for building neghvar vs dodes, they're basically immune to the dode attack.  And vs those diamonds, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

One thing I think you could have done was build just a few vutpa to soak up the incoming damage.  The diamond torp is the only part of its DPS that matters and it was ripping stuff apart.  An auto-tanking torpedo sponge would have worked wonders even if they all died one after the other.

Old Time, you played an awesome game as well but you lost fair and square.  Diamonds move 20 points slower than neghvar, but more importantly they're big and bulky.  You have to assume they're going to hang up on each other sometimes and plan accordingly, it isn't a bug.  And Boggz had a completely valid point: if your 2 diamond losses were due to a movement bug then he lost about 8 ships due to that same bug.  The "bug" didn't add to his advantage more than yours.

  Oh wow I never even thought about doing Vutpa but you're absolutely right!   It really was the torpedo from the Diamonds that did most of the damage so a Vutpa being targeted first would have been worth it's weight in gold .

wouldnt the sangs (or any kbqs left alive at this point) get auto targeted in this case. i mean to use the vutpa as soaks you would need to make it vutpa vorcha and neggie on their own, losing the dps of the sangs.

Yeah I thought that too but he only had 1 sang alive at the end.  They were like 3-shot kills for that diamond torp.

at that time vutpa would be good, even though it means building less neggie. but by the time all his sangs were gone the game was over anyway.

The 1v1 Boggz vs Old game was not that great...Old lost because Boggz is a master of micro. Especially with hard hull ships its a strong opponent. Imo Old lost in the mid game where he was not able to take out vorchas and KBQ. Going for Negvar was nice but not needed imo.

The 1v1 Boggz vs Old game was not that great...Old lost because Boggz is a master of micro. Especially with hard hull ships its a strong opponent. Imo Old lost in the mid game where he was not able to take out vorchas and KBQ. Going for Negvar was nice but not needed imo.
