The Levhal is quite simply awsome.

Auto repair regens shield hull and systems, as long as the weapons system is online and you have energy you can regen everything quickly.

The conduit special ? +10 Off/Def is a major boost, in 1on1 or a few ships against a few more it may not be the biggest, but the more levhals you get the bigger it becomes, and past a certain point (target depending) it can become more important than even the metaD.

And the meta D, the roulette wheel or special weapons... will you roll high damage or low, either way you're bound to have fun.

And let's not forget the greatest part of all Romulan replaceweapons (energy reeling, MPW, phase plates, spectre shield, and the saeihr special):

They reset your Romulan attack bonus, twice!  Once when you activate it and once when it de-activates.  Sure it may seem a bit unintended but I like it when my specials synergistically offer random attack bonuses 

EDIT: oh man, just watched the game, that was harsh.  The feds can afford to not expand while they amass warpins but the Klingons and Romulans had no choice but to pay attention to expanding every once in a while.  I think maybe Tiger should have fed funny so he could mass vorchas, that or throw down a singularity transmitter or HWP in the middle.

As many of you have requested, I finally have Boggz vs Fa11out uploaded! This is a great game that I wish I knew how to bring to you in better quality. Damn youtube tutorial was an epic fail.

Amazing game anyway and well worth watching even without any commentary! =D

Well, I'm sorry to report that I won't be uploading anything.  I recorded 4 commentaries (1 of a league race, and 3 Fleet Ops games) and not 1 had the commentary on them.  The game sounds were quite loud though.  The funny thing is, the previous league commentary I did had both game sounds and the commentary in them.

By the way, nice replays.

You can always dub a commentary over the existing vid. A little time consuming, but that's how I did my first batch!

actually that would have killed you when zebh's dps assims came by. intreps died pretty fast against them, but those few monsoons you had made the assims almost worthless. any time zebh gives a movement order, the assims retarget a monsoon and do almost no damage. its why the monsoon is one of the most effective tanks in the game.

But the Intrepids would have destroyed the Klingon fleet.  But instead, I went with Excelsior II.  By the way, both me, and my opponent went with an offensive position for the expansions.

yeah but the hail of torps from the e2s did a good enough job early on getting kills on the klinks. sure didnt look like a 40% miss rate. when zebh pressed you, you survived long enough for otp to get there and help, then chase off the assims. if you didnt have monsoons you wouldnt have survived long enough for otp to get there.

That was a nice match at least the place the obs looked at most of the time. The Fedroll was a bit annoying...practically when I saw the Fed unharmed on the side it was clear that he will grow a fleet and roll in.
