In that 3v3 match with boggz some ppl used the wormhole without any OoS...is it because there was no Fed player around?

Wormhole OOS seem to be in decline.  They still happen but far less frequently.  Before the game, everyone agreed to send a ship through the wormhole as a test.  If the game when OOS they would restart and not use the wormhole.

  Ha!  If you look closely it would seem that Star's altered layout for Nebula Stream is very much like Star Traffic!  .  The main difference being size and  that the top/right and bottom/left positions are more in the middle of the map than the corner .

  I'll have to tease him next time I see him.  I think this version will be well received though and I'm eager to play it!

Exactly my point, Assimilate Avatar's only good trick is to rush Assims. The result is having to go out with one very slow ship early on. Using Scubes and Dodecs costs more than for Opti, so it hurts to use Assims later on or send them with backup.

Heyho,

oh Assim Borg sucks??? Later that day Old Time Pro said to me before another game something like Assim Borg is OP, use Optimize Borg instead...

So, is Assim Borg OP or not, and is it an abuse to use Assim Assims???

And btw: What should i have done instead of squander ships 1 by 1 like an AI? When i wait for 2 or even 3 Assims then i am up against minimum 7-10 KBQ and 6-9 Sangs, which will slaughter me too...

Clintsat said while commentating that you should have saved until you had about 3, and sent the retreating ones through the nebula you passed instead of fleeing out in the open.

i dont think assim borg are weak at all.

The assim gets an impressive defence value for a ship available so early. And can be equipped in many ways.

Everyone assumes that assim borg HAVE to spam assims. That isnt true, their scubes may cost slightly more, but they still work.
