Klingons

Does the Aramada engine allow firing arcs? It might be appropriate to have Klingon weapons be more powerful, but only fire forward. Honor and all.

Klingon Pulse weapons should fire forward only

yea, in many klingon vessels use them. but there is a problem with the forward only weapon arcs too. sometimes the ships doesn't turn and just ignore a enemy ship. maybe this is fixed now with the optimized path finding in the next version, but that is not tested yet.
