Is there supposed to be a Constellation Class?

I was looking through the bitmaps and there's a Constellation Class bitmap in there. Is that supposed to
be in Fleet Ops as a buildable ship or map object? Is it for a future release?

If it is, it's a map unit (maybe a Warp in).

the conestellation was a very old map object, but somehow its graphic survived the deletion wave it will be in again in some future version as a map unit
