Is the Borg....

First of all the mod looks fantastic!!! Is the Borg cube going to be stronger than the original and can it fuse? I don't think it should fuse but should be stronger than the original.

In Fleet Operations all units will have their strengths and weaknesses.
Of course the Borg Cube will be stronger than most other vessels. Like all Borg vessels the Cube has a strong hull and powerful gravimetric torpedos and High Energy Phaser. But the Torpedos will be less effective to medium or small sized vessels, resulting in the Cube being very efficent to other battleships (or large units) and buildings.
The Cube can not fuse. Another Borg vessel, the Scoutcube (a smaller version of the Cube) can fuse to an Fusion Cube. This Fusion Cube is indeed powerfull, but not as strong as the A2 Fusion Cube, becouse such a vessel would'nt fit into the Fleet Operations balancing system.

i Love the borg but on armada 2 they just two strong you don't have a very good battles there over to soon and when you play borg v borg the ai's two easy

We've created a complete new AI, which is a challenge for everyone without "cheating" like they do in A2 (you can have a nice game against a AI without making her build at 50% costs or something).
Every race will have it's own advantages and disadvanteges, but no one will be overall stronger then another one. You can choose the one, which supports your way of gaming. Borg vessels for example have more hitpoints and do more damage then a similar federation vessel, but they're also more expensive and the Borg technology tree is slower. Also the Borg do not have Pulse type Weapons, which is a lack in combat against small vessels, but their battleships are within the most powerful of the game (in the beta they are the most powerful ;-).
