Hm, Armada II is not available for download here as it requires the CD, or a virtual copy (for finding the latter, we should not discuss the methods on the public forums here). Fleet Ops requires the previous in order to be installed/played as per license agreement, but there are always legal and illegal methods to obtain a copy of Armada II.
