Dodecahedron?

Hi. I was wondering if someone could could explain in detail what the Dode's specials, both lvl 1 and 2 do? I'm just a little confused how they work, and when to use them. Thanks.

The first vinculum special is an AoE recharge that increases the rate of energy regeneration for ships for about 4 seconds, from what I see.  The second is a single target ability that only affects ships with holding beams, but restores a much greater amount of special energy.

No, only holding beams.

Get a pyramid with 4 holding beams and this support vessel might be a shiny thing in your hands. Again: You have to micro it, but 2 ships of that kind may give you the ability to assimilate a ship more.
