i would like to ask u is the Flops Community noob friendly.

i think a few ppl are not so noob friendly

why is that so?

Like any online community, the collective attitude towards new members depends a bit on how that person presents themself. Someone who suddenly appears with arrogantly presented opinions on why this and that sucks and should be changed won't get much respect, for example.

On the whole, I find this group to be friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate, and are more than happy to treat people with as much respect as they show the community.

today i played at tunngle , against some one with the name Ugly_the_Great he is not very noob friendly. he is rude and then start crying around about, i picked klingons and he sad thats nooblike when i dont use random race.

that's silly, plenty of people don't pick random.

welcome to the community, as in any community, not everyone behaves the same, sadly that'll probably never change. know that most people here are welcoming.

Well, i would say 99% of all FOPS players start with one race, and in my personal opinion it's the better way to go to learn this complex game.
The person you're talking about prefers to play random, it's his armada II thing - well - this doesn't mean you have to or even should. Just avoid / ignore him if you don't like his attitude, personally i don't have a problem with him, even if i find it rather funny that he calls you a noob (which you obviously are, you are a beginner, nothing wrong about that), but he's one himself

Anyways, the community itself is quite lovely, some are retards, with some you don't wanna play cause of their attitude, others never listen and annoy you by that - you can't be friends with everyone, but mutual respect exists here.

Don't judge the whole community too quickly, cause of one player and one game. You'll find other players you better get along with.

Heya and welcome to the forums .

It's unfortunately usually important to develop a thicker skin online - you'll always meet people willing and wanting to start a fight, so don't worry about it . We all have to start from somewhere, and there are plenty of friendly players at all skill levels in Fleet Operations

Or one game, that Dominus guy, and another idiot called kamk, told their enemies how to beat them.

The online community has been very helpful and patient with me so there's plenty of good people on here.

I have played against that particular player myself, and he wasn't at all welcoming. However i do believe that he retired from game early when he was loosing.

That is funny Drewlew. He also quitted in a teamgame against others and me despite a full fleet of Monsoons in his hands. Also in the game before my team was battling it out until nobody had ships anymore...

There seem to be a large amount of former A2 players that are bringing there trashtalk culture to fleetops
