ATI is a good card, However I've had problems with them in the past with rendering issues. So I switched, I've heard that the 9800 is supposed to be very nice...Scared to try however lol

well i did try the 9700pro for a while as my friend lent it to me when he went on holiday and it was the best thing ive ever used sooo go figure

also the Amd64fx is meant to be superb

yes it is, plus if u upgrade u can always put it in a server mobo...

AMD XP 1700 (just clocked to 2000 )
512 PC2100 DDR
Asus A7V8X-X mobo
Asus GeForce FX 5600 TD (5.6 Turbo Diesel )
Sound Blaster Live 5.1

Not a speed prob with the cinamatic window on,
also worked fine on my old GeForce 4Ti 4200
(which has now been overclocked to silly-cone heaven)

(wow 3 posts in 3 diffrent threads within half-n-hour of signin up)

well im not doing badly when u think this is my first time psoting on any forum, ive read loads, but none have ever intrested me as much as this one.

I think it the radeon, They dont seem to be able to match the GeForce cards, sure they test well, but in actually use ive found that all things being equal, nVidia have the upperhand in graphics.
