Any chance of getting some kind of update on the progress? Many long term members have been waiting around for years for this mod to come back to life! and most of the development team havent been on for ages.

Are you MAD man asking for an update now you get a replay saying it done when it done and people saying stop asking.

Not same game and people be mad at me for saying this and come up with many ways why not the same but would be nice if they was more like the Armada 3 dev team they keep us up to date and talk to there player base a FUCK TON more then fleet ops dev team do.

At this point I'm not here for FleetOps NX. The EZEngine folks haven't bothered updating their website or their GitHub in more than a year, while the Fleet Ops team, when they post FleetOps NX at all, complain that we're pushing too hard for information.

So why am I here? To see the works of the few remaining modders to be honest, especially if one can put together something with better balance than 3.2.7 had.

I would have to agree with MadHatter on this one. I don't exactly expect anything at all from the NX crew. and as such suspect fleetops would largely speaking be entirely dead if not for the modders working over it.

The no talking from the NX dev team no update no news post in over 2 years in just not good for the game or nice to the player base but what can you do they been like this for so long i don't see then changing any time soon.

Just wish they was more open and not just SHIT UP DONE WHEN IT DONE as they put it just with out the SHIT UP but they think it just don't type it

I've been watching Tryptic's mod for a while now, but it's strayed a bit from being a simple balance mod of late.

Yeah, it's funny how motivation works. The fun part is designing new things and being creative, but you have to do a lot of balancing. Eventually I needed to design some of my own ideas in order to stay motivated for the balancing :lol:

I know it was a pretty poor move to leave TM on a buggy version for so long, so I'm trying to smooth out all the edges before the next release. Although with that said, my last 4-5 requests for help have gotten no replies :shifty:

Please don't knock on the original dev team. They worked on this project much harder than I do, and their work was incredibly polished. When you look at everything they accomplished here, they deserve more gratitude and mercy than they've been getting over the NX project
