zeichs cardassian ships

Hi,

did anyone succeed to put Zeichs cardassian ships into V3?

I really miss the Cardies ingame.

were can u get them from I'm currently working on putting stock a2 into fo3 which will include the stock cardassians

There is a FO Cardassian Mod on A2files, but it seems it was designed for the preview version.
Many things have been changed since then and so you have to put it in manually.
But there is a good tutorial in the Readme.

I tried to put the Hideki ingame and it worked.
The Dominion AI was building the ship, but FO V3 doesn´t seem to accept new sprite commands or wireframes?

I put all files into the right places, but the phaser and flare stayed white and no preview of the Hideki appeared?

And without glow or any lighting the ship looked a little poor compared to the stock FO vessels.

I hope there will be an updated version of these ships some day.

Yup, LtCdr is right.  My avatar mod was designed only for the preview version and not for the current release of V3.  A lot of things have changed between the releases, including the graphics.  My ships lack the correct textures and materials to make it look comparable to the current stock FO ships.  The wireframes would also have to be applied differently. This probably makes my instructions out of date.  The odfs are also probably need of major updates.  The way I added the ships was sort of odd to deal with other additions to FO. 

I probably will not be working on an update for the mod to work with V3 because I am pretty busy these days.  However you will see my ships reappear in future versions of FO as npc ships   If someone wants to work on or has developed a version of my avatar mod to work with V3, please email me and I can try to help out.
