Warpin Harassment: Reset timer on getting hit with weapon fi

we currently have 10 FREE slots for warpins..

what if we only start with 3 slots, and we have to buy the other 7 slots for warpins. so you can't just warpin a desecent right away you gota get 4 slots for desent class
