Warp System+energy levels

Since i am unable to donate i dont know if there is a system like this already in place in fleet ops v3, but since i hear that there is now warp i think itd be cool to have the warp system in place, like warp 1,2,3 etc. and then put limits on some, like a soverign can go warp 9 but a intrepid can go only 8.5, even if there is no warp, you could also do this on impulse with 1/2 impulse, like different levels.  And also i think if there is warp that they should be on seperate systems, so that your warp can be knocked out but your impluse can still function, plus the percent that you have left should dictate the speed you have.

Now my second idea i think is the best.  On tv you always here them say stuff like "transfer all power to weapons" so in fleet ops wouldnt it be cool (idk if its possible) to have the ability to take power from different systems and take that power to another system to make it more powerful, so for instance, say your being attacked by 2 warbirds and your in a soverign class and your senors are down, you both go the same speed but you transfer all the power from your weapons, and energy reserves to your enginges so now you outrun them and get back to base where you have more force and kill the warbirds, this could also be used to make your sheilds and weapons stronger along with the other systems. This would enable you to destroy a unprotected starbase much quicker and would help in other situations like longer range transporting or increased sheilding.

sounds good but would it be to much micro management the game is ment to be fleets so you dnt wanna do to muc micromangaging

interesting idea, we are thinking about different modes of operation for vessels too
