I have created a starship design, and was wondering weather it could make it into B4, or B5 as non-buildable. It is called the Vanguard Class. Attached is an untextured MS3D Model of the ship.
It has a Sovereign Saucer with Sovereign Nacelles, and a tiny stardrive section similar to the one on the Monsoon Class, only stretched out.
It is classified as a Heavy Cruiser (Although in FO it would be a battleship), and has 2 Quantum Torpedo Tubes (The things labeled "Torppods" in Groups on the model) and a heavy phaser.
