(just an idea)

Upgraded Intelligence Report: Allows you to see the orders given opponents' ships on the minimap.

(Opponent's color lines from current ships location to their ordered destination show up on the minimap)

 Cool idea

May I add that since cloak is much harder to actually stop now that the intelligence report be somewhat lowered in costs?

I think the 'see the orders' bit should be given to the spy, rather than the Intel. Only effecting the currenty infiltrated vessel unless you get on a station.

I like the  Idea . However I agree with the  Implementation should be  at  Spy level and the ability  name  should be Intercept orders .The ability  should  rank up with  every time  the ability is used  in accuracy.  Along with the spy  ability at the Intelligenge  center  A  Upgraded  Signals Intercept upgrade on the Intelligence center has to be made before this ability  can be used.  Each time used will cost Dia /Tri and Supply points  with a  run time of 20 seconds  and a cool down cycle  of 2 minutes, before reuse.

first of all such an implementation is required for your own vessels too ;) i'd really like to see sometimes what vessels are trying to attack or where i ordered a freighter to earlier. i've had something in an early dev version of 3.0 but it sometimes showed something completely different from what the vessel was doing, so yea, maybe in the future, when i have got to the bottom of how to best determine the current move and attack locations. i like that intelligence report idea.
