Upgrade Fed Sensor Turret

Reading about the f22 raptor some claim that this bird can overload enemy sensors/radars simply by it's power output.

Not going to discuss if this is true or not, but it may be an interesting ideas. How about an upgrade/special for the sensor turret.

Concentrated Sensor burst -  disables sensors on enemy vessels for x seconds

or

Jamming signal - deceases line of sight for x seconds

Good idea. Though I can't help but think that this has been implemented somewhere before.... In any event this combined with Silent Resolve... Epic.

Yes...let's give the feds more powerful abilities.  Sensor Blackout isn't enough.

Besides, the romulans already have that ability on the griffin, and it sounds more like a Romulan thing.
