Upgradable/refittable ships/stations should be done just lik

Upgrading and refitting Starbases, Perimiters, Tavaras and the rest should be just like the Newton and Fed turrets are now. There should be a short construction time and be vulnerable like they are aswell. Though this is probably already on the to-do.

Given that the Turrets to this style and the newly upgraded Generix swapped to this style, it seems most likey it's planned for the others.

As features are replaced and added, changes in these areas may occur as well . Only time will tell
