Two more new races?

May be  having the Noxter as a Species 8472  alliance avitar could be a option.  Like  the Breen  Avitar alliance  for the Dominion.just my .02

About the Iconian.

I think it will be difficult to balance because these two things.

I doubt the Iconians would think to use that as a weapon, since nothing implies that was the intended purpose.

And i have one idea about Noxter.

The Noxter could infect ships like the Beast in Homeworld Cataclysm but without infection beam.

Or it can be a little repetitious because the Borg assimilation is like a Beast infection???

This is the problem.
The Iconians are so advanced technologically that anything they do turn a great threat to others. Even the Iconians don't have intention to attack.

As you see, that probe only scan a ship and "correct" the software in the ship but generate problems because the ship is incompatible with probe's software so the ship can explode and everybody dies.

They are a FO-exclusive race from earlier versions of the game. Imagine 8472, but more insect-like and not overpowered.
