Tungle ticker

Okay, so the idea is basically to add the tunngle ticker, or player counter to the loading screen for fleetops, so you open the game and there you go, you see how many people are online tunngle.  This could help to increase the numbers of people on tunngle by promoting the fact that hey there are a crapload of people on tunngle.
