Had a little brain wave this morning. Transwarp, but it the style of warp in.
Say you build a Borg construction, and the Borg can summon say 3 scout cubes etc. It would fit with cannon, and actually makes sense in some ways. It wouldn't be the opposite of warp-in with getting unique vessels, it would be getting a duo of scout cubes etc.
Obviously the justification, could be the Borg transwarp corridors.

while we're at it we should also do "decloak tal shiar ships" and "decloak chancellor's ships" 
and for dominion .. create a wormhole anomaly and bring in ships!
seriously: personally i like the idea but I'm used to fed's only being able to warp - uniqueness
but i must say borg could use some technology upgrades or something since all you do is play the waiting game with them :'<

You could always build the Giant Transwarp Gate from Armada 2 and use it as a Borg "Starfleet Command" in the sense that you get some of the cool units from A2.
Hey, wait a second, I just remembered something from my other post (Station Diversity) that we could use!
First of all, the Borg reinforcements should be stuff you couldn't usually build (we should make the Borg Tactical Cube unbuildable) and stuff that was taken out (Harmonic Defender, Wedge, etc.).
On the topic of station Diversity, no 2 borg Vessels are alike (Not even the cubes which you all know), not even their stations are alike, so the borg could also bring out special construction ships with unique plans. (Such as Unimatrix 001 which would be the equivalent of Starfleet Command (HQ as it appears in Armada 1, a limited number of special turrets a special research Facility, etc).
About the Dominion, do they have Hyperspace or Warp Capabilities? Or both?
If they have Hyperspace, we could toy around with that concept and do something similar to the Federation reinforcements.
The Tal Shiar decloaking idea is good, seeing as they're so advanced you wouldn't see them warp in unless you knew they cloak modulation.
And the Klingons... is pretty much obvious that they'd warp in.

actually i was thinking of the last episode of romulans in armada 1 when a fleet of ships decloaked out of no where! :O

I like the idea to counter the weakness of Borg early game....however, building another structure for a warp-in style like the Feds....I dunno....I struggle to get my tech facility up as Borg when playing online. :/ But maybe I just suck?

Dude. It's all about Scubes. Sounds like you're playing 3.0.7 Borg strat when you should be playing 3.1.1!!!! Scubes are FAST to make, FAST to move, powerful, and cheap. If you're waiting on Collective Connections to make more---buid Probes. The probes are fast and medium range and are a great support to your Scubes.
The Borg have a better early game than you may realize

Where'd you get this from - I recall a very knowledgeable sounding android saying that the two Cubes they had encountered by Best of Both Worlds were identical
