Totally different SP

This is about Signal Player "SP"

I was thinking of having a map of the galaxy instead of a list of missions.

after selecting a race then one gets the map of the galaxy with quadrant where one can select missions hi-lighted.

I like this idea better because the map can change va the out come of the missions and it give the players a better feel of what's happening in the hole universe and how there missions impact it.

I thought it would be grate.

The same principles for making the map are similar to the menu bast mission selection just on a map I would guess.

i think there was a similar thread discussing exactly the same topic in the past, can't find it right now though..
yea, the idea is good, but i haven't still figured out how to do 100% own mission scripts and so it's still a long way to go until then.
