Tooltip For Vetrans

I noticed in 3.1.1. and 3.1.2 that the veterans no longer had the tooltip of what exactly the veteran abilities added [IE, it would let you know it got a new subsystem or what not].

While the new system does convey the message quite well [beautifully done btw], Is there anyway to display a different tooltip to the player based on some kind of options setting

IE somewhere in options
X Show Vetran Upgrades in tooltip

And when you'd hover over the vessel it would retain the old tooltip with the +whatever bonuses that being added.

Thoughts? ^_^

I want the devs to add the description at the end of the information bar instead of you highlighting each weapon square.

Hm, I kind of like it crisp and clean  The only thing I'd like to see is a part of the icon saying the size classifications, as was suggested previously. I.E. "Large Battleship" or "Small Cruiser"
