Team colors

This is a modding request, for the most part.

I would like the ability to use team colors. I would love to be able to use them on models, but I would be very happy if it was simply the ability to color a sprite the same color as the team its ship belongs to. Like, if I put a big glow around a ship, and it would glow like that teams color. I don't even know if you guys can do this, but it would be awesome if you could.

Another thing that would be awesome is if you could make effects that are only visible to your team. Again, such as a sprite or uball, that only you and allies could see, but not the enemy. It could be cool for marking targets, or identifying specific units.

There is a team colors mod thats pretty cool, I belive tyler made it? I made a lovely little replay with it, unfortunatly none of my replays are availiable... bad ray...
