Sumary of Fed Requests

Well i recently learned that there is a fed redo planned, so i thought it appropriate to make a sumary of requests (of my own, and group)

     Federation
Soverign increase/ overall late game strenght increase, posiblie special weapon change

addition of sacuer seperation (or not)

more warpin slots

addition of ships, wither warp in or not, such as constelation, centuar, ambasador, new orleans etc. (www.STARYARDS.com)see there for federation ships

a system of upgrading and or refit for the feds

multiple pod varients for nebula class

maybey station varients...

oh yeah, and steamrunner, slight offesive incerease, and alot of defensive increase, its defense is lower then a moonsoon

thats all i can think off, add on

Stop replicating threads. This is the 4th summary of a summary.  >:(
Everyone who looks at the forum knows already what threads are active, we don't need duplications and we certainly do not need summaries. What point is there in a summary when you personally have got several perfectly good threads already discussing changes (and only to Feds).

this isnt a discussing thread primarily, this is a summary of what te requests are for the feds, as the fleet ops team has stated they are working on a fed redo, and taking a closer look at feds, so the whole point is to put all the requests bulletd on one page, so that its easy to find and see what they all are, thats the point

omg. let's just put this right. this is a summery of your requests from topics that u opened so far considering the feds, right? if u need to summerize your own threads considering one race after being active on the forum for 3 months what does this tell you?

no, this is a summary for all of it, because like i said there redoing feds, and id like it if people stoped critisising summaires, and actually added on to it so the fleet ops team can see, and what ive put so far, most of it isnt mine, the soverign wasnt mine, niether was the nebula pod, or refit or new ships, so wtf is everyones problem?, some of you guys are starting to piss me off a bit, cus i feel likes its just some non stop critisising of my ideas or just whatever i say in general, i dont get it

1. Sovie is perfectly good when compared with the right ships, try disabliding a ships engines, then its weapons with a defiant, increasing your fire rate with whatever that ship called and vector assualt oh and decreasing theirs with the other support ships specials... all works out very well...

2. The saucer seperation on a galaxy apart from in one episode involving the borg was never used as away to attack and even with the borg is was to distract not fight... In the dominion war did you ever see a galaxy seperate in two, no! because it lowers the overall shields and weapons and makes it a weaker ship, not stronger! The saucer seperation is only for a means of getting civillians to safety so if you what more realistic then you should just give it a bloody rest and moan for a prometheus instead...

3. In the other thread you said you wanted smaller fleets so why are you asking for more slots???

4. If a constellation, Centaur, Ambassador or any of the such came to help me with the mode modern ships, i'd cry and just decommission them as there weapons would be outdated and useless... Instead they need to add say just one more eperimental ship, the prometheus, the current ships that come our more realistic to the time line and if they were to add more it should be Excels 2, Sovies and Defiants, IE ships of that time already built, no decommissioned...

5. Its not very fed like, the most i ever saw them do was refi the Ent - Dto be slightly faster... I think fed are more research so support ships are the way forward

6. I agree there should be one or two more nebula varants

7. If Feds have station variants then every other race should too and then you have too much stations and it gets messy, and you already said you dont want this being the old Armada 2, stop contradicting...

8. Usually decom the steamrunner, tho i find if you have a few and use its special so it fire fast it can take out a ship pretty quick...

9. Well if thats all you can think off, that brings me to an end...

what is so hard to understand about summary of requests? really, everything i put in there was agreed on by alot of people in there paticular thred and then i combined for the teams sake

The redo is not focused at the general Federation vessel outline, we are happy with it so far. We want to change some gameplay aspects to make it feel more Federation-like. Some vessels will be adjusted of course as the techtree will probably be changed, but thats still not fixed yet.
Warp-In and Saucer Seperation (or its absence) wont be touched speaking from the current plans.
Additional Nebula variants might come in the future.

We will post a newspost about the Federation redo once we have more information about it, we are currently working on other races.

what is so hard to understand about summary of requests? really, everything i put in there was agreed on by alot of people in there paticular thred and then i combined for the teams sake

i understood it fine, and then i gave you my reasons for or agaisnt each particular idea you had... thats a discusssion...

Its like you didnt know what source code or an engines was and someone give you some good links and you didnt even read them...

and if you look at my posts, your see with one of the ideas i actually agreed with, well two roughly... The Steamrunner and the Nebula nd i agreed on a variation of the warp in idea...
