Looks like a standard starbase with the hangar section cut off...

(It's like removing the dock from Spacedock )

How about it researches stuff like, the Crew's resisting to Borg assimilation beams and stuff like that..

I'd be impressed if you could figure out how to do that. I think there might be a way to improve the ships boarding party strength though you it is better against holding beams.

or maybe it could help resist that blue beam that sucks up crew, rather than hold off boarding parties.
it does look federationy but having another station for the feds just for that is a bit pointless

not to hot on the idea alos.but heres a few ideas.

well what about leting it have upgrades that let crowe bester resit difrant nebulas.

maby a upgrade that lets crow servive longer on a ship with out or low on life suport.

and maby an upgrade like the klingon battal cry. wich whood be stimulans to inpove performise of the crow over a short time.

It would still look strange in FO as we already have the regular Spacedock...

It's been a bit since I played FO" so I could be entirely long...stop me if I'm wrong...

Do you still have the level upgrade stations (eg, teh Vulcan Research institute from stock)? Instead of having one of those, you could have stations represented to each one, eg:

One for Defensive Capabilities - Shields, Weapons
Ship Maintanence - Engines, Sensors
Medical - Life Support + Other crew reasearch

Like or am I flogging a dead horse?
